Unique and immaculately clean place, very helpful staff at the reception desk. Excellent location, themed double room with excellent free-wifi and nice water bottle. Plentiful breakfast to start the day, fab food. Really nice building in the heart of Lisbon. About 5 minutes walk from a built elevator.

Greatly enjoyed the double room with great views, the French windows plus large bathroom I was given. The breakfast meal was marvellous and lovely. Its service was very good. Most of the staff where incredibly nice.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and close to food, shopping, and transportation. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with beautiful views in the mornings. The stylish design of the hotel added to the overall experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we felt that we got great value for the price. We will definitely choose Art Inn again when we visit.

Great and incredible location in pedestrian street in a crowded area. Besides, very convenient to Column of Pedro Iv. Modern and unique rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and magnificent views. Gorgeous breakfast with a good choice of choices.

Greatly enjoyed the double room with very comfortable beds, coffee, as for instance I was given. I had a marvellous and lovely breakfast with view on Castelo. The location was marvellous and fantastic, for example, Chiado was at a walking distance from the hotel.
